Amend or Cancel an Order for Personalised gift
After you have designed your personalised gift, the Focus-Photo system will ask you to check and approve your purchase before completing the transaction. Once you have approved your purchase we are, unfortunately, unable to amend or cancel your order due to the automated production procedures in place. Most products the Focus-Photo supply are tailor made for each and every customer meaning we cannot in all honesty refund monies once an order is processed.
